A dwarf Begonia from Western Africa, this rhizomatous species only grows to about 3-4 inches. It has striking red leaf venation that looks especially pretty with a cast of sunlight from behind. The name is just a guess and is being used as a placeholder until a more suitable one transpires! This Begonia is small and slow growing, and develops intense red mottling in bright light, and is a more subdued green in lower light with red leaf edging.
