So the quest continues to produce a nice school of this subtle, but very beautiful rarity. The fry hatch out large for a killifish and can easily take brine shrimp nauplii as a first food. Overall, they do not seem difficult. That is a positive when my hopes are that I can keep them going for many years to come.
So it was a nice day in the fishroom. I have been trying to breed the rare lampeye Hypsopanchax aff. zebra, but most of the eggs have been infertile. I was only getting a few good ones each week.
