Not quite sure what this one is.  I received it as a Sonerila species, but it ended up being very different than what I’d ordered.  It’s silvery and covered in small hairs.  It reminds me most of Arthrostemma, but seed of this plant was collected (to my knowledge) in Borneo and Arthrostemma only occur in the Americas.  It does look like a Melastome, but until I remember to get pictures of the flower and ask some more Gesneriad savy folks, it will remain a NOID. I have seen this species offered as Sonerila sp. Uning by at least one other seller but do not know where that name originated. There is a place in Aceh called Uning, but, I can’t verify that this plant came from there.
