This is an odd one, and I’m not even entirely sure it’s a Gesneriad.  It came with the ID of Genseriad but I have not seen any photos of it in bloom.  In any case, it does seem to be a true miniature, as I’ve had it about three years now and it hasn’t grown more than a few inches tall, and the leaves always stay around half an inch.  The leaves are edged in a beautiful silvery white.  It’s incredibly slow but has not been difficult to keep alive, and the leaves are somewhat thick.  *Limited quantities avaialble*

Available plants are offered in 2″ pots.  The last photo is representative of the size plants available.
