An erect species from Sidikalang in North Sumatra, an area known for its coffee.  It flowers readily and was propagated vegetatively from seed grown plants.  One batch of seeds produced plants with dominantly maroon foliage, and a single plant with solid green foliage (this listing is for the maroon one, but I’m working on propagating the green as well).

The last photo is representative of the plants available. They are in 2″ pots.
