Probably my favorite new species this year, this one is incredibly variable (at least three distinctive ‘types’ from one batch of seed) and has the most charming growth habit and morphology.  It’s compact and creeping, with leaves that reach no more than about half an inch.  It flowers readily and often, and only grows a few inches tall.  I’ve only grown it potted, but it would probably do wonderfully growing on a slight incline up a piece of wood or rock feature.  From Sumatra, Indonesia.
