An unidentified species from Borneo that somewhat resembles Ardisia odontophylla.  I haven’t had the best luck growing this one, but am releasing it in hopes someone else will be able to get it going.   Half the time I look at it, I think, is that thing alive? It looks like a stick with small squiggy leaves.  A true ‘collectors plant’ if you will.  I don’t think it’s ever been happy enough to flower in my care, but, it’s also possible the flowers are diminuitive like the rest of it has been in my care, and I missed ‘the big event’….Ardisia are in the Primulaceae (primrose) family.

The last two photos are representative of the plants available. They are well-rooted and shipped meticulously in their 2″ pots.
