This Aspidogyne species, a terrestrial orchid which occurs in Ecuador and Peru blends in beautifully with the leaf litter and bryophytes on the ground. Grown in low light the leaves become very dark, almost to the point of being black. This contrast nicely with the pink ruffled edges. In higher light the leaves lighten a bit and more green and brown colors develop. The last photo shows a similar looking species of Aspidogyne. I am uncertain as to wether this is a closely related species, or just color variation within the same species. Easy to grow in the terrarium, as it does not seem to require any special care.
