This stream is on the Western side of Cusuco Park, much further from a town than other areas. It is a long bus ride from the other side of the park to here, and a long hike to a camp site. This stream was one of the most interesting areas for plants, and there were countless Begonias and Ferns which I regret not photographing. A tree had fallen across the stream and was covered with all sorts of treasures. A katydid sat on one of the plants here, and when I started prodding him, didn’t move. He seemed perfectly content to just sit there alongside this beautiful stream.
